As far as I know, there are other kinds of phalloplasties where the first surgery, to get the ‘tube’ of the phallus, is simply Stage One, and a glansplasty comes later.
With Dr. Crane’s forearm phalloplasties, everything I requested came in the one surgery (phalloplasty and glansplasty, no scrotoplasty and no vaginectomy, though those were both offered as options for the same surgery date if I had preferred to have those as well).
