I’m calling it. It’s been a full week without anything oozing from the serous fluid hole, meaning that FINALLY, after over 2 full months (since Day 5!!), the Leak’s ever-runny reign of terror is at an end!

I, for one, will not be mourning it.

are you going to keep your front hole? did you not get the ball implants?

Yup! I did not get a scrotoplasty, as I didn’t see any need to. In my particular case, the only dysphoria I felt was in not having a phallus that I could stand to urinate with. I don’t go to gyms or anywhere where a scrotum’s absence would be noted.

My front hole, I’m neutral about, but I knew it happens to have at least one or two fans I know of– thus, my decision to keep it. As far as I know right now, Dr. Crane is the only phalloplasty surgeon who allows for the option of keeping one’s factory-original organs intact when getting a phalloplasty, if that’s the path you deem right for you.

can trans men get a dick but still be abel to not take testosterone? i want a dick but i dont want to be on T do you know if thats possible?

It’s true! However, I’m not sure how many other surgeons besides my own (Dr. Crane of San Francisco) are allowing phalloplasties without testosterone at this time. I only know of him. Also, I needed a letter from my general MD confirming my reasons why I couldn’t take it.

Day 60.

Two months!! And Spot’s finally starting to heal up the fistulas that were causing me/my ego such damage by having to sit down at the toilet, lest I be peeing in 3 different directions at once.

NOW I only sit down if I’m in that big of a hurry and don’t want my boxers soaked. I’ll never harp on anyone for missing the bowl ever again; there really is a HEY NOW I’M OVER HERE factor to the stream.

Hi. You mentioned leaking after peeing. But tyically the new urethra runs along one side of the vagina. Mine was to the left. If you gently press into your skin where the old urethra is and move up, you can squeeze it out through your penis.”Milking”

I was wondering if you by any chance had the measurements of your arm? I’m having surgery with chen in December and I’m trying to gauge the length/girth I should expect! I’ve got really small forearms so I’m freaking out a little lol I don’t want anything too small and the size of your penis is perfect!

Sure thing! I’ll do the best I can.

Length of my arm, from armpit divide down to wrist cuff: 16.5".

Length of donor site: 4" down the smallest part, down to 5" down the longest section gone, with about a ½" divide of regular untouched skin left behind.

Girth from around the arm where the donor site starts: 10" around.

Girth around sleeve cuff: 8.5".

(Though keep in mind, for those last couple measurements, my arm around the donor site has changed some since the surgery. My other arm’s girth measurements are 12" and 7", respectively.)

Hey there, I was wondering if you could talk about the size of the phallus vs the size of the graft site. I know shrinking can occur so I was wondering what your experience has been (for an example I mean something like “phallus is 4 inches, graft site is 5 inches”). I really appreciate how detailed you’ve been in describing your experiences. You’re making the process very clear and much easier for the next guys.

Thank you muchly~! As for how things have sized up: you’re right, my dong has indeed shrunk since the initial surgery. Not by much, though! My initial length was a solid 5", which was backed up by the size of my donor site.

It took a good 2-3 weeks before my dong shrunk to the 4 ½" it is now.

It’s stayed at this length so far, and fingers crossed, it won’t shrink any more than it already has. I doubt it will– though an amusing quirk is how it’s squished lengthwise farther than one would assume it to go within these past couple weeks. When I’ve worn tighter boxer briefs, they’ve squished my dong nearly horizontally oval before, only to have it spring back to its usual solid 6"+ in girth once I went back to boxers.

It’s a show-er, not a grow-er. :3

Day 53.

Been noticing my arm graft has been developing a ton of tiny bumps on it these past few days. I doubt this is anything bad, but I wonder if there used to be hair follicles on the skin where they’re popping up. An interesting tidbit, if nothing else.

Did you choose to get the graph from your arm? I’m hoping to get it from back/side but I may change my mind.

Yup! I went with my arm. (The one I don’t use to write with, of course, heh.)

I’ll be the first to agree that if you want to be able to cover up your donor site, the arm is NOT the site you’d want to go with– in that case, the site you’re thinking of would probably work better. However, using the arm as a donor site gave me the best chances for erotic sensation returning to the phallus once it was constructed, which was more important to me than having a super hard-to-cover-up scar.

It’s all give and take, pros and cons. Best of luck finding the donor site that works best for you! :3
